Amazon refunded a customer who bought one of my products, so it was returned to me, and bits of the original product content are missing. what do I do now? Is Amazon going to refund me?

I’ve assumed this was an order fulfilled by yourself and Amazon carried out a refund at first scan.
If that is the case, you need to look up the safe t claim process.
If not FBM, then you’ll need to provide more info
