Chinese Hijacker Piggybacking off My listing
Hello Amazon Seller Community,
I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding an issue I've encountered with my product listing. I am the manufacturer and rightful owner of Tallow in the Raw, but recently, a Chinese company has appeared as an additional seller of my product. This company is not authorized to sell my product, and their actions are causing significant harm to my business.
I am seeking guidance on the following:
How can I get the unauthorized listing taken down?
This is the link to my listing and you'll be able to see in "Other Sellers" the Chinese company.
Amazon listing for Tallow in the Raw
JUST TO CLARIFY: I have already submitted multiple "Report a Violation" and even been on a call with Amazon.
Are there specific forms or documentation I need to provide to prove my ownership and manufacturing rights?
How can I prevent future piggybacking on my listings?
Are there preventative measures I can implement to protect my listings from unauthorized sellers?
What strategies or best practices have other sellers used successfully in similar situations?
This situation is affecting my business's reputation and sales, and I would greatly appreciate any advice or experiences you can share. Thank you in advance for your help.
I have to lower my price in order to match their price so I can be the featured offer. This is affecting my profit margin.
Best regards,

Hello @Seller_YHDr5TZRvKMKP,
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.
I see that you have concerns with other sellers listing your brand and you have questions about how you can stop or prevent this.
Typically to report a violation, you want to use the "report abuse" button on the account health page, so an investigation can be conducted and action can be taken. You mentioned that you have done this already, can you share what follow-up information was sent to you after you reported the abuse? Can you share any relevant case logs about this issue, so we can take a deeper look?
Here are some helpful links to review about reporting different types of abuse:
--Report abuse in the Amazon store
To successfully report abuse, you must provide supporting evidence that the other seller is either violating Amazon policy or violating your intellectual property rights. Whichever you submit, you must have verifiable evidence to support your claim. What information do you have to submit that shows the other seller is violating policy? Have you submitted your application for your trademark as of yet?
I look forward to learning more. Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
