Policy Compliance Issue on Incorrect Variation(s) since December 2024
Hi,
We received a notification about Other Policy Violation last December 2024.
When I tried to click on the Appeal it only says: "Address your violation
An error happened. Please refresh the page." I already contacted the Seller Support for help but the only advice was to clear cache, try different browser and try sending the appeal. I already did this part but still the same issue.
Can someone from Amazon can really help us resolve this issue?
I already fixed the variations last December separating knife sets variation to single knives only.
Please help.
