This was my most recent communication from the MD's office. It was received on the 20th February. Personally, I am not pulling out of FBA until and if I have to (highly unlikely I believe).

"Hello,

This is David from the Amazon Selling Partner Support Executive Escalations Department. Thank you for reaching out to us.

I am providing the following information as follow up to your previous escalation ID: 9444383772

Amazon is committed to provide the best experience to UK FBA Sellers.

We are monitoring developments regarding Northern Ireland, and are considering potential modifications to our services to support sellers shipping goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland according to the Northern Ireland Protocol and Windsor Framework. Please stay tuned to Seller Central for future updates.

If you have additional questions at this time, including on the EU General Product Safety Regulation, we encourage you to have a look at:

Seller Central:

And/or seek independent advice.

Best regards,"

I think the temporary solution would be to use a Northern Ireland fulfilment centre. There are some who can offer SFP also via Northern Ireland. They could fulfil your orders addressed to Northern Ireland only. This would keep you right for GPSR and not harm sales to NI
