Trying to fix a trademark violation, i have been unable to update listing to remove trademarked term, mutiple cases with terrible advice from support and just dont know where to turn next
I have been trying since Monday to fix a trademark violation and im getting absolutely no where with amazon support. Sorry to say but ive never dealt with such incompetent people and had such varying advice in multiple support cases.
After receiving the trademark violation I was having trouble updating my listing, the updates made wasn't reflecting on the product page so my appeals were getting declined. Ended up having 3 different support cases, some telling me the updates were made and appeal should go through, but each appeal got declined. Finally got told there was an issue updating my listing due to being a brand owner and the only way to update was to delete the SKU and resist it after 24 hours with the same SKU and provide updates when relisting.
So I went ahead and deleted the listing, waited 24 hours, the tried relisting the ASIN with the same SKU, but am now getting an error message of cannot relist with this SKU as its already in my catalog. There is no sign of it in my inventory.
Due to me deleting the SKU as advised by support my inventory is now stranded and I feel that if anything now after 5 days im actually further away from getting this problem fixed then I was at the beginning.
Really don't know where to turn now and hoping I can get some advice from somebody here. Obviously at this busy xmas period id like to get the issue sorted as a matter of urgency due to lost sales. It just seems amazon support have no idea how to help. Surely updating a listing to then appeal the violation should have been such a simple task?

Have just spend another 2 hours on chat and passed between 5 people and still getting no where. It's like nobody actually understands my request and that ive previously been advised to delete and re list the SKU. They keep just telling me I have a trademark violation which is obviously where the problem arrised.

As it stands I still have the trademark violation and now have deleted my SKU on amazons advice and cannot relist the ASIN with the same SKU due to getting error stating the SKU is already in my catalog. So now all my inventory is stranded and I still have the violation and seems impossible to get this fixed. Have been trying to get this simple task of updating my listing done for 6 days now. So frustrating losing sales in this busy period!
