Help - really frustrated - GTIN exemption request page not working

Hi all, I’m new to selling on Amazon and I’m trying to list my first product but I’m at my wits end with the GTIN exemption process.

My product is assembled by me in the UK under my own brand name and therefore doesn’t have a barcode. I’ve tried listing my product but cannot do so as don’t have a product ID and I need to apply for a GTIN exemption. That’s fine, but when I click on ‘apply now’ it just leads me the ‘Selling Applications’ page which doesn’t show anything and there isn’t a link to start an application.

The other way of finding the application (by clicking on the ‘click here’ links on the seller page) also leads me to a dead end where it just instructs me to try the above route. I’ve contacted seller support which hasn’t helped at all so I’m just really frustrated now and don’t know what to do. So basically, I have no way of finding the GTIN exemption application despite trying every possible avenue (within my knowledge).

I wonder if anybody else has faced this same issue, and how you overcame it? Or I’d even be really grateful if somebody could let me know possible reasons for the issue so that I can resolve them.
