Restricted product policy violations lithium ion battery
Hello people. I am new to Amazon selling. recently I added a listing which is a rechargeable flashlight including a lithium-ion battery. but Amazon blocked my listing due to Restricted product policy violations for lithium-ion battery. I never knew this product could be restricted for lithium ion battery, because so many sellers selling same rechargable flashlight like mine. I have also send shipments to amazon warehouse for that listing. If amazon does not approve how will i get back my shipments also? Overall is there any way to fix this issue please? And how can i sell those rechargable flashlights with lithium ion battery? please help

Now you know why Amazon listings state, batteries not included. Take them out of the product and try to list the flashlight. Hopefully you are not using FBA. It is not that Amazon has anything personally against you, it is their Liability Insurance Companies that call the shots.
I'm surprised your personal Liability Insurer hasn't send notices on the topic. We are required to have a fireproof safe room to store those products.
