Account Level Reserve but no notification
I have been a seller on Amazon since 2013, always kept my account in good standing and all of a sudden my funds (over £4,000 currently) are being held in an ‘Account Level Reserve’.
I’ve received zero communication or performance notifications from Amazon to suggest there’s any issue with my account and when I noticed the reserve, I contacted seller support who gave me a copy and paste reply saying that the reserve is a ‘normal part of selling on Amazon and it will reset at my next disbursement scheduled’. Well, surprise surprise it didn’t and my funds didn’t disburse yesterday as they should have done.
I am not on DD+7 because that was postponed until 30th Sept 2025 so I would really like to know what is going on and seller support are useless as usual.
@Simon_Amazon@Julia_Amazon@Winston_Amazon @Jona_Amazon @Ezra_Amazon@Spencer_Amazon are you able to look at my account to see what the issue might be PLEASE?

Hello @Seller_fj3M54GkuGQyT,

Hey there @Seller_fj3M54GkuGQyT,
The partner team has just informed me that your account currently has a Hold Disbursement that was placed for risk reasons. This hold was applied on May 28, 2025, and is set to expire on June 27, 2025, assuming no additional risks are triggered.
They mentioned you should have received a performance notification on May 28, 2025, with the subject Action required: Your Amazon Seller account self-fulfilled offers have been temporarily deactivated. This contains the steps you'll need to take to resolve this.
They advised that following the instructions in that performance notification will help speed up the review process.
If you need to escalate this, you can contact abuse-escalations@amazon.com.
Cheers, Ezra

Hello, please can you take a look at my account please, as I am in the exact same position. I have only had funds from one sale released in the last two weeks. I have asked seller support why my funds are not being released but just getting a standard reply. Something has changed since the 4 June 2025. Thank you

Hi @Ezra_Amazon
Can you please chase this again for me? I have emailed the address you provided but have not heard anything since.
The only performance notification I have received is on my Amazon Italy store and I’ve been trying to resolve the deactivation for weeks but keep getting the same copy and paste rejection emails. I’ve just had yet another appeal rejected asking for tracking information that simply does not exist.
My main concern is if I cannot resolve the seller-fulfilled deactivation on my Italy store, what is the likelihood of the disbursement hold on my Amazon UK store being extended past 27th June as I literally have no money to run my business now and have got people chasing me for payments and wages to pay.
The fact that Amazon think it is acceptable to treat businesses like this is downright disgraceful and I’m glad there are class action lawsuits going after Amazon for this treatment because Amazon need to start treating its sellers with some respect.

Hi Ezra,
Thanks for looking into this. The only performance notification I received on or around May 28, 2025 was on our italy account and does not mention our Amazon UK funds being held at all. As I say, our Amazon UK account is in perfect health, our seller-fulfilled listings are still active and Account Health have confirmed there are no issues with our Amazon UK account. I have taken the steps in the Amazon Italy performance notification but keep being hit with copy and paste replies saying I've not provided sufficient information but the truth is, the people looking at the submissions are not actually looking at it.
I have also tried emailing managingdirector@amazon.co.uk but just keep receiving copy and paste replies saying this is not the correct channel to submit an appeal.
I have since reached out to Seller Support (case ID 11204153742) asking for the policy basis that my funds are being held under because the policy quoted by Account Health (section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement) only allows Amazon to withhold funds under very specific criteria, and such criteria has not been met/does not apply in my case and as such I believe my funds are being withheld in breach of Amazon Policy and the Business Solutions Agreement.
As I mentioned in my other thread, Amazon withholding my funds (currently £8.6k), has put significant strain not only on our business (we have had to close our warehouse for the past two weeks as we have no funds to pay our bills or buy stock!) but also on my physical and mental health. Amazon are literally destroying my business and my livelihood by withholding our funds and this is not acceptable.
I have also asked on multiple ocassions for confirmation that the funds won't be held beyond June 27, 2025 but nobody will answer that either. I know too well that Amazon can choose to extend the 'temporary review' beyond the 30 days but I literally cannot afford for that to happen here.
Given the above, should Amazon not be able to show that they are acting within the terms of the Business Solutions Agreement by withholding our funds, I have been advised to issue a claim against Amazon.
