Pan European - FBA Ineligible

I’m sure this has been asked before but I cannot quite get the answer I need.

I have enrolled in all European countries to sell and listed items. However, when trying to enroll them onto Pan European FBA it is only allowing 7 of the 33 to be eligible. It is advising the rest are ineligible as it is food / beverage. But it isn’t food it is a horse product. I have tried to re-categorise the products (they were listed incorrectly for VAT purposes) but this has not made a difference.

Any suggestions to get the other products live please. thanks

You do of course realise, that before you can use FBA in any country other than the UK (Assuming UK resident), you need to be VAT registered in those countries?

As to the product itself, what exactly is it? Most food products are eligible for FBA, unless your talking fresh goods, so it will depend on what this actually is.
