Amazon not accepting renewed passport for verification
I registered as Amazon seller last year with my first passport but did not listed any product as I was getting my products photographed which took some time. Last year my old passport got expired. This year I renewed my passport and trying to get the seller verification done using new passport. But amazon is not accepting new passport as it requires old passport that I used at time of registration. The problem is that seller verification form doesn't allow setting passport expiry date as any past year than 2024, and so I can't select 2023 for old passport. I have an open case with Amazon where I provided both old and new passport in attachments for them to review and allow new passport for verification. But I am not getting any response and in 5-7 days my account will get inactivated again.
Stuck with verification. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
