Struggling kicking sellers off my listing

Hi,

I keep trying to report and kick sellers off my listings, as I own the trademark for the brand name I choose 'trademark infringement' however sometimes when I do this it removes the whole listing and takes down the listing due to it being reported by me. I would like to know if I do anything wrong, I always click on the sellers on who to kick off/report and never the asin but it still seems to take down the asin sometimes. I have attached an example this is a random asin i dont actually sell on this one. Any help or advice would be great.
