Did amazon "lose" my stock lost because they were new SKUs? How to avoid this?
I sent 64 units in one box
40 x old product (received by amazon)
12 x new SKU ("missing" from shipment)
12 x new SKU ("missing" from shipment)
Is it possible amazon "lost" the 2 x 12 items because they were new SKUs? They were labeled correctly.
They won't compensate me, yet i was going to send more. But i am worried they will lose more of the stock
Apparently new SKUS are more susceptible to going "missing"
What can i do to prevent this happening again?

cant say ive noticed new skus going missing. Tends to be best sellers or expensive items for us.
