What causes an Order to show as “pending” for 5 days ?
Usually they are shown as such for at most a few hours.

Also, have you checked where the order is from - is it outside of the UK? We see pending for a few days on items being shipped outside of Britain - for example to Ireland - look on the order details at the BILLING COUNTRY
