A goodbye

Unfortunately, we've been going through Seller Verification recently. Our corporate structure differs from the standard, but sadly as you can't speak directly to the verification team its impossible to actually discuss the setup with anyone - the ones size fits all approach amazon demand - it is just impossible to actually fulfill their requirements.

We are a business that has been trading in the UK since the 1980s. Been on Amazon since 2016. No other issues dealing with our website banking partners who also carry out KYC/KYB. While we get the need for KYC/KYB, how amazon deal with it is simply unreasonable.

As such, we are likely to be taken offline on 4th November but we are ceasing our sales now to avoid losing out on money that gets stuck when our disbursements are likely stopped.

I'll not be on the forums from then on - our focus will have to shift to ebay and other marketplaces to make up any shortfall. So its a goodbye. Good luck to everyone with GPSR!

Of course, if any moderator @Winston_Amazon / @Julia_Amzn would like to help me and our company on this - it would be much appreciated. I can't provide what amazon are asking for, but have provided other documentation - amazon just wilfully refuse to discuss it because of their team following a script.
