Stuck in ID verification process

Hello, please help me. It seems like my utility bill went through but now I am stuck in ID verification process. I submitted my driver license document along with my face (recognition application). That was submitted around a week ago. The pop-up message says that I should be good to go/ need more information if needed in 2 business days. It's been more than that, and no decision has been made about my account. It is frustrating because I've been trying to reinstate my account for 2 weeks now. Amazon only says the same thing over and over again.
