Amazon Logo use

Simply wondering If i can include the Amazon logo on the thank note/busines card. The card will be soley used to be included in items sold on Amazon only. I have recieved these types of cards from most decent businesses before. I solely use the brand name selling on Amazon. Will only be sending to customers buying from Amazon. The card would be a thank you note and not include anything not available via contact seller method.

My main reason is to improve customer experiance. Repeat sales, feedback and give the customer and further chance to reach out to us directly before opening any returns, complaints, chargebacks ect.

PS - i have researched and its clear you cant use the Amazon logo for any other reasons. This is a very specific use though and its being used for the benefit of Amazon for customers buying off Amazon only. The name Amazon is on the packing slip anyway. I just want to be really following the rules to the bottom line. Sometimes an innocent good idea turns on you.

Thanks in advance!

Why on earth would you want to do that? You are selling under your own brand name on Amazon, that's what you should be promoting, not Amazon themselves. Customers will be confused and think they have bought from Amazon not you.

Personally I wouldn't use it for two reasons

Firstly the Amazon Logo is likely to be trademarked and you shouldn't use it or reproduce it without permission.

Secondly the buyer may think the order is directly from Amazon rather than yourself.

If there is something in the T&C's though which allow you to use the Amazon Logo for this purpose then that would be a different matter. I am not aware of anything that does allow this.

The only element within amazon policy I've found is specifically around Amazon Device Accessories and it states the following...

"You may not use the Amazon logo or any other Amazon graphic symbol, logo, icon or other trademark on or in connection with websites, products, packaging, manuals or promotional or advertising materials, or for any other purpose, in each case except pursuant to an express written licence from Amazon."

Which is fairly clear cut. To be fair, I'd apply the logic to any item both a) better safe than sorry and b) promote your own company, amazon don't exactly need the PR!
