Account level reserve VS Differed payments
Hello,
The "Account Level Reserve" which could be found in "Net Proceeds" of the "Payment Dashboard", has been replaced as we know by ''Differed transactions'' .
However, from February 9 to 23, we can see again an ''account level reserve'' back in the pament dashboard. In other words, we have this period with both a small amount into ''Account level reserve'' and also differed transactions.
Does anyone have an explanation for this discrepancy as the ''account level reserve'' normally should have been entirely replaced by ''Differed transactions''. This period seems to be the exception?
Thank you

Open Returns (not always), A to z Claims, and Chargebacks will go into reserve with the new system until they either are fully processed (refunded) or clear (deemed not seller responsible)

All transactions go into deferred until 1 week past delivery then get released (or 1 week past latest estimated delivery date for FBM, subject to tracking number updating and showing a delivery confirmation)
The only transactions that go into the reserve now are a to z claims, chargebacks, and some returns (depending on reason).
