How to correct a listing?
I have been raising cases to make corrections to the Amazon catalogue for several years - and now they have suddenly changed the format. If the binding needs to be corrected from Paperback to Hardback, the only options you are given are Title, Brand, Product description, Images, Product category. Part of ‘Manufacturer’ shows, but you cannot scroll down further to get to ‘other’.
Clicking on - say - Product description seems to just take you to your inventory, but of course it is impossible to change a listing that you have not yourself created.
Has anyone tried to raise a case recently & run into this problem?

Further to that - I have just tried to correct a title (removing First edition), filled in the details & get:
We will need a Seller Support Representative to look into this issue and assist you further
Press, Next & get "“Provide Proof
Product proof is required to verify your suggestion before any changes can be made.” . And there is no way I can see to submit proof. Am I being thick?
