Sold first item but no Amazon email confirm of this (buyer confirmed). Where do I find sale details on my Amazon?
Buyer has sent me screenshot of email received from Amazon confirming sale, but I’ve not revenged an amazon email, nor can I find where to locate the sold order in my Amazon.
I’ve come here after Etsy and also 15 years on eBay so am struggling to get used to how Amazon selling works.
Can anyone direct me to where the sold item details are on my Amazon please?

Just because a customer has sent you an email saying it’s bought, does not mean a thing.
Go to the main page of seller central.
On there, somewhere below all the boxes, you will find “Your orders”.
More than likely if this has only just happened, it’s still pending.
But regardless, you will find whichever order it is, in one of the boxes there.
