Listing removed for trademark misuse

Hi there,

I am failing to understand something here. I sell in market place 'A' and already have a registered brand and active listing. I am now registered to sell on market place 'B'. When adding the product, I used the same ASIN as I have on market place 'A' as it's the same product.

Is this how you add the same product to different market places?

Why it's giving a message regarding trademark misuse and violation warning?

Subsequently, it appears that listing is removed, how can I avoid it?

Thanks and appreciate the help

Is your trademark registered in that second country?

From what you have shared, I see that you are facing issues with intellectual property violations, specifically for trademark misuse. So that the community and I are able to assist you the best, I would like to learn more. You mentioned that in market place A, that you have a registered brand. Can you share what "registered brand" means? Do you have a registered trademark? Are you brand registered with us? What documents do you have to show that this is a registered brand?

@Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI has asked an important question-Is your Trademark registered in marketplace B? If so, do you have the documents to show this? If you believe the violation has been placed in error, you will have the option to dispute, by providing documents that show you own the rights to use the trademark.

I look forward to learning more about this, so that we can guide you further. Once you have reviewed the questions above, please feel free to respond in this thread. The Forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
