Toys to EU still blocked after Xmas

Hopefully someone can help - I’m probably missing something really obvious !

We didn’t hit the parameters for selling Toys & Games to Amazon IT & FR over the Xmas period. Not surprised, they are very much secondary marketplaces for us, so it was purely down to volume not defects.

But with the Xmas period over, many of our listings are still showing as “Blocked unless FBA”. I am guessing that Amazon expect us to manually unblock them (it would be too easy for them to automatically turn them on in the same way they turned them off !)

Is there an easy way to do this, or have I missed some new Amazon policy that once you don’t hit the Xmas volumes, you’re permanently blocked from selling Toys & Games in those markets ?

Yes, you will need to either edit or relist them.

The blocked listings won’t get reactivated on their own.

I emailed Amazon.fr and Amazon.es today & both said the 7th Jan was the last day of the restriction so to contact them 2-3 days after today if the listings still aren’t active.
Although sometimes they make you update every listing, for the last two years Amazon.fr has reactivated them for me so will be worth asking in a day or two.
Either way updating listings won’t work until after today.

All you need to do is change the Offering Release Date in your inventory. Change it to today’s date and wait a few mins. It will go active.
If you have lots, you can use an inventory loader.

This happens every year. They won’t come back automatically.

HarryL4h you’re a genius!
How did you ever find out about this?!

(And it’s not even available to do on the old page format - looking for this release date thing made me bring up/discover a new format page (I’m just a small individual seller, so maybe you’re all familiar with this new page already)…which is a good thing to know, more options…).

Thanks so much!

What if 3 years ago, teh listings were ended by Amazon for the holiday period, then you did nothing. Would they still be showing as active on your inventory page but would actually be inactive in reality? Or would they just show as inactive.

How do we use inventory uploader? Have around 1000 products on each of Amazon eu sites. Need to upload all together. Would take hours reactivating them individually!
