Deactivated account for inauthentic product. What do Amazon acually want?
My account has been deactivated for a complaint over an inauthentic product.
Amazon have asked me to appeal the decision and give a action plan on what steps I'm going to take to ensure this doesn't happen again.
I have appeal this with a detailed plan of putting steps in place but they are still rejecting this and asking for more information.
As per usual they won't say exactly what they are after, so I am clueless to what steps they would want me to put in place?
