Restricted edit permissions

First of all, we have a trademark registration. We cannot make any transaction on 2 listings belonging to our brand at the moment. When we want to edit our listings, we get the following error.

"Restricted edit permissions

Since you are not the brand owner for this product, you can only create an offer for this ASIN. You are not authorized to make or request an update for any other attribute for this product. If you are the brand owner, please make sure you’re registered in Brand Registry and this ASIN is registered to your brand"

I am hoping someone here can help us and we cannot update any of the listings hence cannot fix anything the system wants me to fix. @Topher_Amazon @Glenn_Amazon My case id : 14919722451

We tried manually updating the reason for search suppression but nothing works. Should I just delete all listing and wait 24 hours and reload them back up, but the problem is we are doing FBA, will there be issues about the inventory if we delete all listings?

I have exactly the same problem and the support keeps on replying that someone else has control of your listing. After I tell them that we are the brand owner next guy says, of we are sorry what needs to be changed? I provide info and the next guy says again that someone has control of the listing and I have been stuck in this catch 22 scenario for months now!

Your listing has been hijacked and the email address has likely been changed already too. We never got any help once they had more control of our listings. Welcome to scamazon where only black hats enjoy total control of all listings here.

The last update from March 15, 2024 says: "Regarding your request to update the size attribute, we have alerted our specialists to your issue and have forwarded your case to their attention.
