My account has been deactivated since July, and the funds in the account are blocked.
My account was suspended because I logged into my Amazon account on two different computers that belong to me. Despite sending my identification documents, utility bills related to my business address, and bank statements multiple times, my account has not been reactivated. Could you please assist me?

From the notification you shared, this suggests that you have signed up for global selling and one of your storefronts has become deactivated. This does not mean that you have another account with the name "Cheap Country", this simply means that one of your stores in a different region has been deactivated.
The only viable way to resolve this is to find the store that has been deactivated and work to reinstate it. I suggest for you to check the global selling dashboard and learn which stores are deactivated. Once you have logged into the affected store, please visit the performance notification section to learn the reason why and what is required for reactivation.
