On October 20, I received a notification to which I added the image below.
After the account performance notification, I prepared and presented my action plan to you and the review on my account was completed.I continued my Amazon business and sales.
On November 17, my FBM sales were closed due to my drop shipping policy violation being detected in my account performance.
We held a meeting with my employees and warehouse personnel and checked our transactions.
We presented our action plan with intermediate warehouse evidence, delivery evidence, cargo tracking numbers.
We received a rejection response in a very short time. Have these documents and action plans really been checked?
I request that it be checked by an authorized personnel.
We did not violate Amazon policies.
All information and evidence is available in our action plan.
