All funds are held after payment account verification
Hi,
My payment account was disabled on 25/01/2024 because Amazon requested proof that my business is based in the UK. I promptly submitted all required documents, and I received an email from Amazon yesterday confirming that my payment account was verified.
However, according to the email I received on 25/01, funds should be released within 24 hours of verification. Despite this, I am still unable to initiate a disbursement even after 48 hours.
I've found customer service to be unhelpful in resolving this issue. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?
