ASIN: B07J5VK84B - has the right brand name Elyyt TV but some how has a different store that we have nothing to do with called delighTeas Store. Can you please help to remove this store name from our listing. I would really appreciate your help.

Dougal from the Community Manager Team here and I will be happy to assist, but I cannot personally make these types of changes. I can however, escalate a case that has been marked as resolved if the resolution is not correct.
If you have not already, I recommend opening a case from the Amazon Advertising Console (this is where you create and edit your store). If you click on contact us from the ads console, you can be directed directly to the team that can fix.
If you have already done this and the case was resolved, but the fix did not happen, please provide the case ID here and I will review and escalate as appropriate.
