Underwear products being tagged as adult products

Hi, I am representing my client, the owner of Real Men Apparel Company and I currently have an issue regarding Amazon Posts

Most of the designs that I submit are being tagged as adult products when it is not. In fact, the images that are subject for approval have a neutral/safe background and only the products are being shown. I have noticed there are even underwear companies here on Amazon that has models posing in their underwear and yet, there seems to be no issue about it.

Even the current designs that we had that were accepted at first, suddenly got tagged as adult products and are now restricted because of the tags.

My question is: Why are our products consistently being denied when I submit my designs for the platform? What could I do about this to prevent it in the future?

My most prevailing theory is that because of the pouch feature that is prominently shown on my client's product, it then gets tagged as an adult product and thus, is declined by whoever or whatever is handling the screening process.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post

Hello @Seller_d9vYG1cDpaLii

Thank you for visiting the seller forums on behalf of your client. I am providing a link to Image guidelines for clothing. Reference the section therein titled "Intimate clothing and swimwear." The help page indicates that images of intimate clothing, lingerie, and swimwear products must not be sexually explicit or obscene, as determined at the sole discretion of Amazon. One of the 'Do's' there is for the Main image to be shot on a model (except for childrenswear, accessories, or transparent clothes). Perhaps you could try shooting the product on a model.
