Negative account Balance on my Canada store but I dont sell in Canada!
Why do I have a negative account balance on my canada account? I don't sell in canada never have. I only sell in USA. Every 2 weeks when I get my disbursements from my USA account I see canada is in negative account balance. It's only a few dollars but it's annoying and I want it gone.
Please help!

Have you logged into your Amazon canada shop & see if it has any inventory listed in inventory management?

Have you checked under Reports ➡ Payments ➡ Transaction View under Canada? Do you see anything there?
Next, go into your Canada account and make sure there are no listings there. If you see any, delete (not just close) them.
Finally if you haven't already, downgrade the Canada account to Individual and place it on vacation.

Hello @Seller_Qhr2UYIcDPs0Z,
Thank you for reaching out. We're happy to have you in the community with us.
First, I wanted to share that Seller Central has a help article on this exact topic - Why do I have a negative balance? Check it out and let us know if that helps.
@Seller_AXC06kcsKI1qGand @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQhave also posted some great suggestions and guidance. I would also suggest downgrading to an individual plan if you have not done so already. You can choose to downgrade your accountfrom a Professional selling plan to an Individual selling plan, if you don't want to be charged a monthly subscription fee.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Cheers,
Micah
