Received negative reviews for a product that isnt mine but on my listing
Hello all, I have an odd issue. I have received two 1-star reviews on my product that are 100% erronious. One of them states a wall bracket failed after two months. I have been selling for two weeks and it doesnt have a wall bracket, nor does it mount to a wall. The other review states that the installation failed and then describes them installing it in a way that is not even close to what the product description, title, photos, etc describe. Hard to describe but its just not rigth at all. If it was a product failure or fauilt I'd deal with it, but these just don't even match my product at all.
