URGENT: Incorrect Approval Requirement for ASIN - Need Help
I’m facing an issue with one of my listings, ASIN B0CR4G2WST, which has been incorrectly flagged as needing approval to sell. This isn't the first time this has happened and last time, your team managed to sort out this issue hence why I am reaching out here again
I've been selling kitchen knives on Amazon for years without any problems, but these incorrect tags are now affecting my ability to invest in new product lines. The real frustration comes from the fact that even when I try to appeal, Seller Support DOES NOT read or address the specific issue, making it impossible to resolve through the standard process.
For context, this particular product is a Japanese-style chef's knife under the Home & Kitchen category. It’s correctly tagged with the 'uk_18_knife' attribute and is listed as FBA, in line with Amazon’s policies for bladed products. The knife complies with UK statutory law and Amazon’s guidelines, as clearly stated in their FAQ and policy pages.

- https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/G201730840 (Bladed Products Policy)
Given that my listing meets all the required standards, I'm puzzled by this approval request
Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help.
Kind regards,
