Cannot Change business Number.

I have tried countless times to attempt to change my business number, I have reached out, called, emailed, chat over and over, however it seems that no one has been able to change my business number. I have provided all the required forms, tax submissions, literally every way and i get redirected to the same loop. It is just greyed out and i need a way to change it. Any help would be appreciated.
