Fulfillment Fee Rebate Promised by Amazon But Nowhere To Be Seen
I sent my shipments to amazon warehouses with the recommended shipment option for fee rebates. Some of those shipments closed but there are no rebates. I created a case but of course Seller Support didn't even understand what I was saying. I checked other posts about this and know where to look to see them but there are no fee discounts.
Please support the post because probably a lot of sellers are in the same boat with me and we need to shed light to this issue. My case ID with all the details is 14592506331.

Yeah this program was a scam. Amazon did not apply the FBA fee reduction as it stated in the policy. Later they adjusted the policy to be a much lesser amount.

I first want to clarify that the Fulfillment Fee Rebate is separate from the Sufficient Inventory Level promotion, which has been referenced in this thread. I will also note that the Fulfillment Fee Rebate historically has taken some time to appear for sellers.
Fulfillment Fee Rebates are applied as a credit against the FBA Pick and Pack fee. If a rebate covers the entire fulfillment fee, the line item will not appear for that order.
