Multiple Erroneous Evri Postage Adjustments
A case has already been opened about the issue, I am posting this here to hopefully raise awareness of the issue...
My account has been billed multiple adjusted charges for many of my sold items where postage was bought via Amazon, with Evri being the courier.
The adjustments are claiming that the original label cost of 2.95 for instance was undercharged, the result is a doubling of the postage fee and £100s of lost revenue.
All items are weighed and measured correctly so what is going on here? A system glitch? Evri trying to pull a fast one?
There is no way in hell that a small item, weighing 200g, measuring 30x 10 cm costs £6+ to send.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? It's causing me alot of stress it has to be said.

post.overnight I've had thousands of "adjustments" made for orders over the last few months. Trying to understand what has happened here, but looks like about £6-7k of additional fees stopping me disburse funds.
Makes no sense as many are from April, white I was on Tier 4 and the shipping charge was the same from sending 1KG to 15KG

I have contacted both the managing directors office and Evri's CEO office and they are apparently looking into this.

I have also submitted a help call. i recommend all users avoid Evri for shipping until Amazon acknowledge the problem. My shipments are exactly as Carrier-Audited yet , the adjustment is 125% more than the original quoted shipping price. No special packaging .

same here for me. This seems to happen every single month for me on or around 19th. Usually it's a few quid that then gets refunded a few days later. This month though almost £300!!!! It's crazy. Hope it gets sorted quickly.....

I have had another update from Evri this morning.
Amazon have apparently communicated to them, that they plan to have it fixed by close of play on Friday 23rd.

We're going to stop using Buy Shipping until this is sorted out.
I've written to the managing director and after giving a long list of all the orders affected Amazon are investigating.
We await their findings!
