Dear Amazon community
hope you all are enjoying good health my account is deactivated since 3 months My passport got expired so amazon asked me to update my information but i could not update with in a given time frame by Amazon as my passport was not renewed and in fear a wrong expiry date was altered and uploaded by me of which i know i have done a mistake and for this i feel very sorry to amazon for violate any policy i was confused and was in fear for being suspended as its my only source of income but now i have my original renewed passport authorized by government and i want to update it but amazon has disabled my documents submission tab thats why i can not so upon opening a case in seller central this also helped nothing I want to activate my account and i am ready to give any verification i know i have violated policy but i apologize and want to correct my mistake and i assure in future i will keep my original updated documents Please help me.
