Trouble Expanding Internationally

I’m a U.S.-based seller and am running into serious issues trying to expand my product listings to international Amazon marketplaces. I’m brand registered and have submitted my trademarks for other countries where I want to sell. I’ve also registered to sell in these international markets, and my account health is in good standing.

However, when I attempt to list my products on these marketplaces, the ASINs I’m trying to use can’t be found. To get around this, I’ve tried adding new products using the same ASINs, but I keep getting error messages related to my brand name. This has been incredibly frustrating because I’ve already gone through the brand registry process and everything should be in place.

I’ve opened numerous cases with Seller Support, but so far, I’ve only been met with confusion and no real answers. At this point, I feel like I’m just spinning my wheels with no resolution in sight.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues? What else can I do? Moderators, do you have any insights on this or suggestions for escalating this issue? I’d appreciate any advice or help!

Thanks in advance for your time and suggestions!

Hi there @Seller_0RkLMgv96aQyW,

Thanks for reaching out with your concerns. For different websites, such as JP, UK, or other Amazon sites, the catalog ASINs are not always shared. So when you attempt to create your listings using the ASIN the product isn't there. Depending on your circumstance you may need to create new ASINs for those different websites if the ASIN isn't available. If you provide your most recent Seller Support Case I can see what options might exist however the best course may be to create new ASINs for the product in those stores. Thank you for your understanding.
