How to Investigate Shipment, It's Been Almost 2 Months and It Hasn't Arrived
Anybody know how to investigate shipment : FBA15JKM53VN and FBA15JKLXCL8?
Almost two months past and still not on the shelf. We have contacted the logistics provider and they replied that it has been shipped to the Amazon warehouse with proof of signature from Amazon. So we have to ask Amazon.
If we can't find the goods, can we apply for compensation?
We have opened at least 6 cases, no good answer, which means no Amazon staff knows where our shipment is. Case ID, for example: 10557796552, 10558255572
