I can not create removal order for my deactivated account

I got e-mail from Amazon explaining that they had released the hold on my inventory.

All status of my inventory is DEFECTIVE. I was enable to remove some of them till now but I can not do it for 1 months. I wanted to get help from Amazon team several times but there is no option to get help for suspended accounts.

HERE IS THE MESSAGE FROM AMAZON (JAN 22TH, 2024)

Thank you for your appeal. After completing our investigation and reviewing the information you provided, we have released the hold on your inventory and it is now eligible for removal. While your inventory is no longer under review, it cannot be re-listed on Amazon.

Your inventory is eligible for removal.

If after 3 business days you are unable to remove your inventory, and it is not already in process due to an automatic removal order, contact Selling Partner Support for assistance. If you have not configured your automated unfulfillable settings. Place a removal order for your inventory within 30 days of receiving this email, otherwise it may be disposed of in accordance with the "Unsuitable inventory investigations policy".

Thank you for the information provided regarding the removal of your inventory. I understand that you received the approval to remove your inventory, but have been unable to do so up to this point. Have you attempted to open a case as recommended in the email? Do you have an ID that you would like to share?
