Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to make this decision. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing "inauthentic" complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.
Why is this happening?
We have taken this measure because we have concerns about the authenticity of the items listed at the end of this email. In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we request additional information from sellers to confirm the authenticity of certain products. The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited. Amazon has several product detail and listing policies to ensure customers have a consistent buying experience and receive items in the condition they expect. How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, go to your "Account Health" and click on "Reactivate My Account" to submit necessary information.

What happens if I do not submit the required information?
If we do not receive the requested information your account will remain deactivated.
Any remaining FBA inventory of the items that caused "inauthentic" complaints will be destroyed at your expense, in accordance with the Business Solutions Agreement.

Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to appeal against the Amazon sales block.
It is a privilege to be a part of Amazon seller community and I am committed to ensure that Amazon’s policies are adhered to.
+ The root cause(s) of why the violation happened.
- Amazon requested purchase invoices to verify the authenticity of the product with ASIN: B098GJL24J.
- I have not been able to obtain the goods sold on Amazon from reputable suppliers who issue me valid and acceptable invoices and have not received permission from the rights holders to resell their branded products.
Due to my inexperience as a seller on Amazon, I believed that sourcing from retailers who could not provide a valid invoice or proof of authenticity was an acceptable way to obtain inventory.
+ The actions you have taken to resolve violation.
- I shipped all remaining and pending orders received up to the suspension notice immediately.
- All listings were permanently deleted from my Seller Accounts inventory, which included all infringing ttems which were in a violation of Amazon policies and which authenticity could not be verified.
- All goods for which we did not have a verifiable invoice were immediately destroyed.
I decided to stop purchasing from my previous supplier as they were not authorized distributors and their invoices were not valid.
I have carefully reviewed my entire seller account to ensure that I am no longer infringing on any other party's intellectual property and that I can verify the authenticity of all my products with a valid supplier invoice.

- We shall ensure that all products are purchased directly from manufacturers and/or their local distributors to ensure that they conform to Amazon’s strict authenticity standards in order to avoid future complaints.
- All inventory is sourced from trusted sources - either directly from manufacturers or from manufacturer-authorized distributors who will be able to provide valid invoices that meet Amazon's requirements.
- I asked the brand owners for permission to sell their products on Amazon.
- All units are thoroughly inspected upon receipt to check their condition and ensure there are no defects that could lead to customer complaints.
- Before we offer any item for sale, we will carefully check whether it matches the Amazon product pages in every detail. Any inaccuracies will be corrected by updating the lists and correcting incorrect information.
I will follow al Amazon policies and guidelines.
- In the end, I worked with a previous unverifiable supplier and I will be sourcing my future inventory from a known and reputable supplier. Below is the contact information for the new supplier:

Well, I think that pretty well sums it up. You cannot prove the authenticity and supply chain of your products, something that is required.
I'll also point out that even if your supplier is authorized in your country, that does not mean that you can export those products to the US and sell them as authorized. Amazon in general does not allow what is known as "gray market" items.
Amazon has been very clear lately that in cases like this, the ONLY way back is to provide the proper documentation. No apologies, no Plan of Action, just the proper supply chain documentation. Since you don't have it, you're done here.
