Buybox/ featured issue impacting sales

I am reaching out to address a critical issue affecting our business on Amazon. Over the past two days, we have experienced a drastic decline in sales, plummeting by 90%. Previously, our daily sales ranged between £1000-£2000, but now they have dwindled to only £200-£300 per day. Despite maintaining competitive pricing and boasting excellent seller ratings and account health, our buy box win rate has plummeted to 0%.

It might be down to transit times

and are you SFP (seller fulfilled prime)

are you browsing as a Prime enabled customer?

amazon have been tweaking the buy-box formula so sfp and fba offers dont necessarily come out on top (rarely in some cases)

if you check the product pages in either private-browsing-mode or on another web browser (that is not logged into an amazon buying account) you may see a different ordering of buyboxes.

we are experiencing the same problem that started last week, major drop in traffic and sales, nothing has changed at our end, can only assume its something Amazon has done, we are fbm only and its having a major impact
