Hoping someone can help. I’m relatively new to Amazon, back in May a shipment of my stock was received by Amazon and it went into FC processing. Since then it’s been in between FC processing & FC transfer (mainly processing).
I have opened several cases, all with pretty much the same outcome. Seller support say the stock is being transferred please wait 21 days; stock is being checked can take up to a month; it will available by X date (never i!) etc.
All the while, I’m being charged storage fees, and the extra storage fees (I think it’s called aged inventory?), because the stock has supposedly been sat there for so long. But, it would have sold through by now if customers could buy it?!
What I’m looking for help with:
- Advice on how to get the stock available for customers to order
- Any experience/ advice on refunds for the storage costs I’ve incurred while the stock has been completely unsellable or removable (can’t create a removal order while it’s in processing)
- Any other suggestions on what to do? I can’t keep paying storage fees for much longer, without any income from the stock - this was first time selling with Amazon so I haven’t any other ASINs that are selling well.

seriously- 7 months moving around whilst paying storage fees but not able to sell!!
Either email the managing director with the case number or just go straight to a Letter before Action in small claims court.
You have checked in performance notifications first for any problems with your account though??
