Trouble re-activating account
Hi there,
My account went inactive for not using it for quite a while.
When I try to re-activate it, and select Country "Canada" and then the next drop down is type of account, and it only shows my business options (State, Private, Public, and Charity). I'm an individual that wants to re-activate as an individual, but I don't have that option to select Individual.
Has anyone else had this problem or know what I could try? I've confirm in my account settings and tax settings that everything is set to individual.
