Listing is changed after shipped, buyer accuses me of false advertising

Hello, we recently had an order that was listed as "1 Volume" on Amazon. It was sold as 1 volume on Amazon as i listed, buyer purchased, and we shipped this book that was listed as 1 volume. Notwithstanding buyer sends a return request for this book 3 weeks after the fact and accuses me of "false advertising." I checked the listing, and someone changed the listing to show "Volume 1-4.". Has this ever happened to anyone else on here? What are my options? I do realize that this could have been changed by someone else or Amazon, but i find it odd that is has been since the item was shipped and since Amazon. Is this eligible for a safety claim? Buyer claims that he ordered a four-volume set and it was listed like that when i was not. It was changed AFTER it was shipped from volume 1 to volume 1-4. This buyer also owns an online store. Any suggestions on how to handle this? The ASIN is B002KDVEVY and was a 1 volume set, now changed to 4 volume. The set is ASIN B005004Z4M, which is linked to this, what was a one volume book (as the photo implies and listing did convey) to a 4-volume set. This was clearly changed after it was mailed by someone.

First of all sorry for the frustration here. In reviewing the above I am unsure what may have happened here.

My suggestion would be to first open up a case with Seller Support so we can get this documented and they can look into this in greater detail with the tools that they have available. Simply follow the hyperlink above to get started and describe what you saw take place so they can look into it.
