Safe-T Team claim denied stating we dispatched late despite providing evidence

Not sure what I can do here as the Safe-T team are not even bothering to read attachments properly, but thought I would ask just in case!

Recently a customer got in touch as they ordered an item to be sent to a campsite, unfortunately it was delayed so the customer left without their item and once they contacted customer services they were refunded in full.

Normally when this happens we are able to claim through Safe-T as it is a SFP order and the shipping was purchased through Amazon. However it was rejected stating that we dispatched the item late. It wasn't but upon contacting DPD they confirmed that the item was scanned late and the delay was their fault for the delay.

I send through a screenshot of this message and a screenshot of our CCTV showing a time stamped image of the driver. But once again it's denied stating that we have shipped the item late!

I genuinely makes me wonder if there are any humans even controlling the system and it's just bots making these ridiculous decisions.
