Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed
Hello @Julia_Amazon@Julia_Amzn@Maja_Amazon
I had 2 cases with seller support whereby one unit has been lost in each shipment. Both the cases 9320610472, 9316614352 are related to shipments FBA15HHNST2H, FBA15HJ82WVD respectively.
The shipments are Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed. As per seller support, it is auto investigated while I have invoice, POD by UPS and even warehouse written confirmation. However I am not being reimbursed against my lost units. Even I am being sent a copy paste response and chat offers a lame excuse of system issue.
Please seriously look into this matter as I am ready to prove my loss and complete delivery. Amazon seller support is just spoiling the sellers with their copy paste responses rather resolving issue. Even I offered that my account might be closed if i am not legitimate in my demand.
Please look into the matter as its getting frustrated to face that bad seller support

Good luck on getting a response from the forum mods - seem to have gone AWOL and do not seem to be replying to being tagged !

The fact that Amazon "investigate" the lost units on your behalf is a total scam. They don't even have the information or evidence they need to come to a conclusion, so obviously they always rule in their own favour.
The only way around this automatic investigation is to open a case **immediately** after the investigation window opens (and I mean within minutes if you can manage it).
All I can say is to just keep reopening the cases and pass on the evidence you have, even if they say the decision is final and reopening the case will not change the decision, as we've managed to overturn a decision like this in the past, once they finally looked at the situation and saw what had actually happened.
It's disgraceful that Amazon gets away with this.
