Cosmetic product removed after mistakenly being flagged as Natural health product
Somebody at Amazon please help me. Its been almost 10 back and forth between appeal team and I think none of the responses are by actual humans because they won't respond to what I am actually saying or questions I asked and its very fustrating..
ASIN : B0C87G697Y
MISTAKEN as a Natural health product.
"To reactivate your ASINs, remove the prohibited content indicated below from your product detail page or provide additional evidence of compliance:""
My product is a cosmetic.
It does not make medical claims.
It does not make claims to cure anything.
Cosmetic products do not require a NHP number
Yet the appeals team keeps telling me "Remove prohibited content or provide evidence of compliance"
I have asked "which phrase or word in the detail page, is flagging the product" aka, which phrase is making the medical claim, To which the agents just repond "We can not reinstate your product at this time, please upload NHP and bilingual label.
The label is already bilingual.
The part that they are not getting is that its not a natural health product. Its a cosmetic.
If someone could tell me what I need to remove from the detail page that would be great I would remove it asap, but I can not see a single word that even remotely makes a claim of treatment of anything.
