Amazon GPSR Responsible Person and Manufacturer Information
Amazon GPSR Responsible Person information has been submitted and approved. We have tried to submit the same information for the Manufacturer Information however this is being marked as invalid. Not sure why this is as the guidance suggests that if the address of the importer (us) and the manufacturer are different, then we should submit one address where they can be contacted. Does anyone have advice on how to proceed here?

The Information can be marked as invalid for a number of reasons:
- The address must be written in one of the EU’s official languages
- The phone number must start with the international dialing code, beginning with either “+” or “00”. You must avoid using a combination of both. The number must contain between 7 and 15 digits and no spaces. For example, a Luxembourg phone number would be formatted like this: +352123456789 or 00352123456789. For more information, download a list of international dialing codes from the International Telecommunication Union: https://www.itu.int/dms_pub/itu-t/opb/sp/T-SP-E.164D-11-2011-PDF-E.pdf.
- The electronic address must not contain leading or trailing spaces.
- Fields that require a number, such as a telephone number, must not contain language-specific accent marks or characters, such as ä, ö, or ß, or any other symbols or special characters.
Even though you submitted the same information for the responsible person, could you please review if the root cause could be any of the listed reasons?
