KYC Verification Failed After Reactivation – EU Stores Inactive & No Further Guidance

Hello everyone,

I’m facing an issue related to KYC verification after recently creating and activating my Amazon UK individual seller account. Here's a quick summary:

I successfully registered and listed my first product.

Shortly after, my account was deactivated and I was asked to complete video verification.

I completed the video call successfully and my account was reactivated.

However, under Business Information / Identity Information, it now shows:

“Verification Failed – We have failed to verify the information you have provided.”

My EU stores are showing as inactive, and I cannot enroll in FBA.

There is no alert or action required showing in my Seller Central dashboard, and I haven’t received any further emails regarding the failed verification.

I contacted Seller Support, and they confirmed the issue is related to EU KYC verification. They provided me with the email: seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk — I’ve already sent a follow-up there and am waiting for a response.

Has anyone else experienced this? How long does it usually take to hear back from the KYC team? Is there any other way to escalate or resolve this faster?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

!...creating and activating my Amazon UK individual seller account.!"

Do you actually mean Individual Seller ACCOUNT, or do you mean individual selling PLAN ? - they are different things. The Individual Seller Account is ONLY for selling off your own personal second-hand items (eg. books, CDs,DVDs etc) and NOT for selling new goods. If you are selling new goods you must have a BUSINESS Seller Account.
