Why am i charged storage fees Mexico and Canada ?

discussion.I do not sell in Mexico or Canada and have them set to vacation mode permanently. I have not shipped FBA products to either. I have been a professional Amazon Seller for years and can't ignore these monthly charges that have gone on for many months. How can get this resolved and refunded?

Are you sure they are storage fees and not part of your North American Professional Merchant fees?

If they are part of your North American Professional Merchant fees, than all 3 (US, Canada, and Mexico) will add up to the total of $39.99 (give or take a few cents based on exchange rates).

If you are in fact paying storage fees in those countries, then you will need to open a case with Seller Support.

I agree that these are likely not storage fees, but Subscription fees split among the countries.

To fix this, besides putting each other country in Vacation mode, go into that country's "Manage All Inventory" and fully delete any listings showing up. This may take a couple of tries, as Amazon likes to decide randomly to copy one of your listings to another market.

Once they are all deleted, you should see the subscription fee as a single $39.99 fee taken from your balance. As pointed out above, the total you are paying is likely roughly the same; but the fact that the other country charges go against your credit card makes bookkeeping a pain.

Hello @Seller_jYmyXRwMFKZeL, I was able to find some information. I believe these are Mexico subscription fees. If you go to Payments, Transaction View, and filter to Service Fees, under the Product Details column, you will see "Subscription Fee."

For Canada, I do see some storage fees along with those subscription fees. It looks like you have some reserved inventory. You can view this by going to Inventory and selecting FBA Inventory. I recommend opening a case with Seller Support to resolve this.
