I opened with Amazon on January 10, which remains unresolved after 7 days. Despite my efforts to contact Amazon support and inquire about the status of my case, I have not received any meaningful updates.
Each time I reach out, I am informed that my case has been forwarded to the internal team for further investigation, and I receive the following response:
"Upon research, we would like to inform you that this matter is already forwarded to our concerned team for further investigation. We will be sure to notify you as soon as we receive an update and please be assured that we are closely working with the concerned team to get a resolution."
As I have not received a resolution or any substantial update
